You have 5 minutes to make notes on your own and to work out a minute statement that promotes you

- Thinking quickly and concisely about what they want to put across in a limited time

First impressions are lasting impressions - think of other times when a minute seconds can make a difference to the way a decision can be made
it takes a minute in an interview for a person to decide whether you are a suitable candidate and a minute can also sell a car or cornflakes.
Marketing a service (15 minutes)
A successful, market-focused business is one that recognises and is able to respond to its customers needs.
Being 'market-focused' enables businesses to position their services as the most attractive on offer in their particular market.

a simple jargon free outline don't put people off by being too clever ... just
be clever enough!
