PECAN PIE


3 large eggs
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup pecans
1 unbaked 9" pie shell

Preheat oven to gas mark 5, beat eggs, sugar and salt. Add butter, syrup and mix in pecans. Bake 40-45 minutes in pie shell.
