PJ, Sam and Marcus present today's finest Heavy Metal and Thrash in West Yorkshire including classic songs and "Rise of the Phoenix" covers section.

The Metal Ashes of Phoenix went to Hammerfest, one of the biggest Metal festivals in the country, head to the festivals tab at the top of the site to check out all the band interviews!

Sam headed off to Download, another of the biggest Rock and Metal festival in the country, and came back with pictures and videos - keep checking back to the festivals tab for updates!

PJ went off to SOS and Sonisphere (lucky guy) keep checking back for interviews and news from the festivals!

The Metal guys are on festival FIRE! They've also been off to Bloodstock, completing the big 4 metal festivals on the calendar! Check back later for interviews!
