Rim Nam Thai is situated in the heart of Hebden Bridge alongside the marina and only a minutes walk from the municipal car park. It has excellent disabled access and is very family friendly.

The food is quite simply superb. We had a mixed seafood and a spicy chicken soup (finished with coconut milk and galangal) which had a subtle kick. We followed this with a mixed platter starter amongst which were probably the biggest and juiciest prawns I've ever had along with spring rolls and char-grilled seafood strips. This was accompanied by a sweet chilli dip and satay sauce.

The choice of main course is extensive and has something for everyone including plenty of choice for vegetarians. We sampled a mix of seafood, chicken and beef all of which were cooked to perfection and delicately spiced which danced around the pallet and gave a sensation of real freshness from the ingredients. The accompanying fragrant rice was again beautifully cooked and seemed light with a hint of lemon. Finishing off this was the traditional Pad Thai noodles.

To conclude our dining experience we were treated to a delicious array of fruits. For those of you who think Thai food is just a choice of 'red' or 'green' curry think again! I have no hesitation in recommending Rim Nam for a great dining out experience from the food to the service and the ambience.
